The only criticism was paying for towels as I left my towel in the room . I had payed my bar bill earlier in the day and receptionist booked me a taxi for 3am.
When leaving at 3am there was no one on reception desk therefore I did not receive my 10 euro deposit refund

We liked especially the massage pool .
Breakfast excellent and dinner mostly fine.
Staff in the dining room nice and the staff in the lobby too.
The balcony was not clean when we arrived.
Ants where dancing on the bedside table.
People smoked on the balcony next room so we got
The smoke in to us.
It was difficult to talk with the staff who cleand the room
Because none of them didnt understand English.

I would recommend this place for family with kids not for a couples.
Beautiful property and excellent location near to the beach, bus stop and restaurants. Rooftop is great addition to enjoy the day in peace including pool jacuzzi and access to bar & snacks - all inclusive for 50 per person on half board which is great,
The staff, especially the bar staff both indoor and pool area not very nice. Never simile and even though the water is for free you need to literally beg to get some ice. Reception and housekeeping staff great.
