    It was a beautiful stay and we had a great time very close to everything.
    The property was amazing and overall a beautiful stay, Ntsiki is such a great host and also the staff was just overall amazing.

    Unhygienic sheets. They don't change sheets for new visitors and they don't change sheets if you stay long. I stayed 6 nights with Unclean sheets. They wanted to charge me R450 to change linen. Very unhygienic. Found cut nails on the side table from a previous visitor which means the room was not cleaned before I checked in

    The location was excellent. Easy to travel to the tourist spots..Close to shops. Reception upon arrival was warm and friendly
    The beds were toooo hard and uncomfortable. We didn't always have breakfast here but on the day we were leaving we politely asked for breakfast at 6.30 because we had a long journey back to Durban. Sadly even though Ntsikakazi was awake and in the kitchen,instead of receiving a kind response we got an attitude where she banged and threw cutlery and crockery. We had a great time in Cape Town. All we needed was a little human kindness to end our trip on a high note instead we left with a bitter taste in our mouth.

    My stay was good. Amazing reception lady really helped out all the time & she was only a call away.
    Good location
    Everything is all good. Nothing bad about the property. Just something to consider long term in terms of card verifications. You can ask for 3 or 4 verification documents e.g Drivers License, Photo Card, Passport etc for individuals that use card less payment system as there are banks that can only issue a physical bank card upon request. I was using a digital card or contactless payment method which required extra check in checks. In the end, the property owner understood my case but long term kindly consider other forms of verification for specified countries, if possible.

    I had a great time staying at Spring Tide Inn
    The property is very clean, located in a quiet neighbourhood with so much peace! The staff is friendly, welcoming and always available to assist where necessary! Id say its also secure and much closer to a wide range of fascinating places across Cape Town!
    The presence of mosquitoes - Not sure where they originated from! But we had issues with mosquitoes and had no fan or something else to repel them!

    The location is close to all areas of interest and everything is accessible within the vicinity. The reception lady or host is very professional and quite helpful. The property feels safe and well taken care of.

    Good location. Pleasant helpful staff. Comfortable eith excessive administration
    Basic & comfortable. Beds good.
    Endless form filling and unnecessary bureaucracy . Only place in 5 week trip of SA duplication, quadrupling info. Mind boggling !!! Wouldnt use again for that reason alone
