The hotel and staff were great.

The room layout, parking, amenities, and breakfast!

We were there 4 nights. Not once was our room cleaned. We had to ask the maid in the hallway for towels, and to place our old towels in her laundry bin, We were asked if we wanted service every other day if every day. We chose every other. No service was rendered in the 4 days. When we looked at the clip chart on the maids cart our room number was not even on it.;( We should not have to bring it to the staffs attention. Sadly my in-laws were traveling with us, and were in the room Nextdoor to ours, which was also not serviced for all 4 nights. ;(

Very good

We enjoyed our stay, in spite of the housekeeping issue.

Breakfast and front desk staff were great.

No housekeepers visited our room during our 4 night stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Garbage never emptied. Upon checkin we were asked if housekeeping every other day was okay, but none ever came.
