Disappointing

Location is great.

Hotel looks much worse than on the photos. It is pretty old, needs renovation. The worst part is cockroaches in the rooms. We saw around 5 for 15 minutes in our room. The stuff upgraded our room, but there were still cockroaches. I would not recommend this place because of that.

Will definitely be considered in our next staycation

Relatively low price compared to similar properties in its vicinity. Location is convenient. Room is clean, no issues encountered with amenities. Staff are polite, and the breakfast buffet was bang for the buck

The elevators are small, slow, and there are always long queues. The parking also is very challenging, both in availability (very limited slots) and accessibility (almost impossible to park due to how narrow the ramp is)

the receptionist is so nice,kind,thanks hundred times for letting me pay room fee later,because of my banks' problem,the breakfast is good,pool and fitness center are good,the location is convenient to go everywhere!Nice,anyway.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were also quick to assist whenever you have anything you need.

We booked 3 rooms. There were cockroaches on the 1st room and the shower heater is not working on the 2nd room. We called room service to have it checked however when we had to leave the room, maintenance guy said he will just come back later when we are back. Because we went on Dec 24, when we came back, we weren't able to call for the maintenance guy again that night. Also we were placed in rooms that have other rooms in between. It would be better if we were placed in rooms that were next to each other..

Great hotel for a few day visit of Manila

Location is great, a lot pf restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel is a bit old looking but for a 2-3 day stay is great and the rooftop pool is a big plus from where is outstanding view on Manila. Breakfast is good with many options to choose. I would stay here with my family definitely again. The staff are very friendly and polite with special attention to children.

The staff the location clean place.

The lifts are terrible. Waiting 5 minutes for left to come down even though they have 4 lifts. Very annoying and thats the reason checked out.

I recommend St Giles hotel. The room, staff, location etc. Are all good.

My only issue was the hot water. The temperature needs to be turned up a bit.

Waiting for the lifts added up to 3 hours of my time during my stays

Again same as my last review. The lifts just spoiled everything. Up to 10 minutes wait every time . Apparently they were waiting for a part . But I stayed there twice, 8 days apart , and the lifts were attricious both times The staff generally were friendly enough although they did lose my sim card ,long story ...but I wasn't happy as it will cost me money to replace it. The breakfast is terrible. There is so little choice. The egg station is ok. But an example, on the last day there was a choice of tuna or sausages as the main .I like neither so settled for toast. The coffee is terrible . So from memory around 550 peso for one for breakfast wasn't good value.
