St James Hotel Grimsby

Was central to everything, value for money , comfortable rooms clean, rooms had everything you needed, hairdryer tea and coffee .Staff were lovely.Will definitely stay again

Windows didn't open as it got a little hot and stuffy.

Great location, comfy and clean

I stay here about once a month and always find it really comfortable and all the staff are very helpful. The rooms are nice, beds are comfy and everything is very clean. Great location and always good parking facilities

Some of the bathrooms could do with updating, some bathroom floors are stained quite heavily. As an electric car driver I would love to see the charging port in the car park get fixed. I think this would be a real asset to the hotel with more electric car drivers on the road.

A very reasonably priced hotel with all the amenities you need

The room was warm and super clean with a full size bath. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. The parking is free and they allowed us to leave our car there while we were away for five days. Incredibly accommodating and much appreciated.

The Red Thai curry from the restaurant was very very spicy - too spicy for me.

Very good

Exactly what i needed when i needed it.

The room was big with plenty of space for clothing on a short stay. Staff was friendly and served with a smile.

My only issue was there where no plug sockets near the bed. Having to run power cables across the floor is not ideal.

The staff were all amazing and couldnt do enough for us .

The hotel is beautiful, but some parts required some work ...... not much the bathroom in our room was a little tired

Lovely place Lovely location not all staff were bad

Check in wasn't very good at all .we were told they didn't have a booking then we booked one night but we booked 2 .then to be told we couldn't have low floor which was arranged few weeks ago by a very nice member of staff .the check in girls were both rude an talked to us like something they trod in .we stay at St james often and this is the first time we experienced this. It caused me anxiety has I'm not good with stairs and can't use lift thanks
