    Overall very pleased. great location
    Location was great. A 10 minute walk from the centre of town. The house was very clean.
    The ironing board had a loose cover and it was really difficult to iron our clothes for the wedding. There is no blind on the bathroom window and although the house is not overlooked at the back it did make us feel uncomfortable

    Great little house in Killarney
    The house had everything we needed for our weekday stay. The beds were comfy, and rooms a good size. Deborah was very quick to reply to messages and let us drop our bags off earlier than the stated check in which was very appreciated!
    Nothing, it was all great value for money and a good location.

    Good loaction and met our needs fine.
    Is within walking distance of town and there are also supermarket, pub and laundrette just up the road which we used. House had 3 bedrooms which was a plus for a family of 4 adults. Plenty of room and parking out front. Would use again.
    Finding the location was a bit of a nightmare as there are actually 2 number 13's on the same road, the distinction being that this one also has St Jude's on it that threw us off. The sat nav didn't distinguish that and kept taking us to the other, Got owner on phone and in the end we got there, but I'd recommend clearer instructions to start with

    Very much enjoyed our stay here!
    Nice kitchen area, close to town center! Very quiet area! Having laundry was fab! Nice to get in by 2! Some are 4 and that is not as convenient! Thanks much!

    Poor value for money, noise, bed linen dated.
    Location very good
    It was very noisy and the adjoining neighbours barking dog didn't help especially during the night after the children had gone to bed. The windows were dirty and curtains hanging off the window. Bed linen was dated and pillows long over due renewal.

    Location, cleanliness and comfortable.
