Overpriced for what we got. It was disappointing for such a historic landmark

Parking and everything besides the room were nice. The main area was very pretty and well done

The room was covered in dust. Everything had a thick layer of dust. Including the towels and coffee maker in the room. It was highly disappointing for the price we paid. There was also spots all over the mirror and rust in the tub. For almost $300 for a night the fact that breakfast wasn't included was astonishing.

I wasnt impressed.

The rooms were clean.

The rooms I booked were not available. The rooms I got were not close together. The wee at the end of two separate wings. I was charged more than my original rooms were booked for. There was no bedding for the pull out bed and it took over an hour to get a set of sheets and a single blanket for the bed. I requested the rooms be paid when booked but they charged the card I had to put on file when I checked in instead.

What could have been a perfect evening of events and a stay, at what we considered a higher end hotel, was ruined by a f

The location was great for the events we attended.

There was a particular evening front desk staff member who was quite rude. The room type we booked was no longer available when we checked in. When we asked for a better room, we were told that we would only receive a roll away bed. While we accepted this as our child was extremely tired, it took multiple requests and a total of 3 hours to have the extra bed delivered. We did not ask nor demand an upgrade due to the inconvenience caused by the hotel, but this will keep us from booking a Hilton hotel again.

Pleasant

I liked the area outside the hotel, and the evening light show.

There was a wedding in the lobby the day of so we werent able to use or adventure most of the hotel. There is also a lot of empty spaces and overall the rooms are pretty outdated for the price you pay.
