    Good hotel for good price
    Hotel is in very good location, close to town centre and beach. Room was cleaned everyday. Very nice personel and helpful. Food was good and simple, eyeryone will find something what will like, different cousines on week days.
    Room need small renovation as walls was not clean and bathroom was very small.

    Comfortable room, tasty breakfast and dinner with good choice, nice staff, great location
    Air conditioning worked very badly, it hardly lowered temperature, but fortunately it was still comfortable. Only one elevator and it's super slow. For a 5 floors building with a lot of rooms it's not enough.

    Nice hotel, great location, average food and drinks
    Nice hotel, excellent location, close to the beach. The food and drink quality in the all inclusive were mixed, some were very good, some were bad. Wifi was strong in the restaurant area, but in the room it was weak. All together a good experience for the price.
    Some drinks had very bad quality. Wifi got disconnected all the time in the room. Some parts of the hotel were not well maintained. Live singing was terrible (off-key).

    I returned to the hotel because it is the perfect location.
    It is centrally located. It's perfect for. Nice people work here. They will help you with anything.
    The carpet in the corridor needs to be cleaned.

    Arrogant/ bossy staff
    The waiters at the restaurant act like it's not okay to order more than once, even when you're on the all inclusive. The lady at the front desk ( with short blonde hair) was really arrogant. When I asked about cleaning the hairs on the floor in my room, she told me they can't do it now. I asked when it might happen and she said "well when we can, it might take 1 hour". The correct answer in this case is "we appologise, we are fixing it immediately". Normally there are some manners that people should follow when dealing with guests at the reception. The hosts do not use a vacuum cleaner. This is unbelievable. They use some brooms and some suspicious mops.

    Location and balcony made up for the average lunch and dinner.
    Location - distance from beach is great! Staff were lovely. Breakfast had a good selection. Our room had a great view of the sea and was clean.
    Lunch and dinner was okay, some choices better than others. Get what you pay for. The lift was very slow and small, I think in the height of summer this could be a problem.
