Very good

Property was very nice The view from the Property is outstanding Staff was very cooperative The main issue with the property is that outside food is not allowed and food inside property is very expensive and very few options to order Jacuzzi was also not working

A memorable stay, perfect for a family or a group.

The complete experience of the stay is awesome... Right from the selection of place, booking and stay.. very well managed system of helping book the place and then getting all the details as required. The staff of Stayvista helped us get property inputs while booking and then complete the booking. The property itself is very nicely located, overlooking the ranges and has a great vibe to it. It's very well laid out with well.appointed rooms and a great staff! The property gets the morning sun and has nice lawns to enjoy the outdoors. The cook at the property, is excellent with the menu. The food is good and very well cooked. All other details are taken care of asper requirement.

Nothing to say! Two days after I submitted this review, something to add! The managers of Stayvista , the coy that manages the property were great and doing an awesome job until checkout! One of them started messaging a night prior to checkout, fishing for a ten star review!! Really left a poor taste in the mouth, that too after an otherwise flawless service by them! Would caution them from being so brash on such an issue.

The Best property that a tourist could consider. The staff was amazing and the 3BHK Bungalow is a treat to stay in along with tasty home cooked food makes this the best stay in Kasauli

Very poor

Very poor service. Very disappointed.

Rooms were not good. Small rooms, no balcony. No tissue paper, one towel was given on day 1 to be used for all 3 days of our stay. No soap/shampoo given. There was no cleaning staff. Worst part was the hidden cost of food. The cook would tell you a minimum of 1000rs for anything you ask e.g. coal. Staff would argue with you indecently as if they have kinda kidnapped you. We stayed with 4 small kids (under 2 years) and they charged us 1500 for just boiling milk. There was no induction in the kitchen else we would have boiled ourselves. We do not recommend this property.
