I skipped a couple of questions because I am a guest who paid but was kicked out due to over-booking, no refund initiated yet after 2 months and 20 calls. But, never really got lucky if the stay is as beautiful as it is in the picture. Both booking.com and the inbound reservation agents of the property were sleek with me. Consider this as a final reminder for my money, so that this dark side of hospitality is over. I can't take it anymore.

Superb

A scenic, hidden spot off the beaten path!

Arun and Jitin were very friendly and helpful. Happy to fulfil every request we had. The location is incredible and spectacular! A hidden gem when visiting Kerala!

The kitchen wasn't clean enough, especially the drawers below the sink. Also, the bread toaster wasn't working and would trip the power supply when connected. The fish curry that was served the evening of arrival was of poor quality. Otherwise, dinner and breakfast were good.
