Their listing on booking.com is very misleading. It is mentioned on the website that it's a 2 bedroom villa but upon reaching there we were given two rooms on the ground floor of a FIVE bedroom villa and were told we have to share it with another family staying on the upper floor. Complete lack of privacy, strangers roaming about on our floor since the exit is common, caretakers entering the hall without knocking as if it's a common room. Informed this to the stayvista executive who wasn't ready to take accountability for this mishap.
The check-in is supposed to be at 2 PM but the villa wasn't ready by 2:30 and was cleaned sloppily in front of us.
Food tasted okay but we were refused a lot of stuff citing that they "don't stock up on groceries", I mean what's the point of having a menu and hosting if you don't even have basic groceries like onions and potatoes. The caretakers seemed like nice people but were working as if they were on notice.
The price they charge for this 2 star experience at most is absolutely not worth it. Only good thing about this place was the view. First stay at a stayvista property and I would not recommend it, never going back. It was a damper on our vacation.
