The room was great and extremely quiet. The property is very nice and looking out on the lake is fantastic.

Our entire stay, if I would have to put into words is awful.
We loved the actual set up of the property. The balcony was also amazing..
It was not as clean as we expected it to be. The carpet was filthy throughout the entire unit. Both couches look to be bleached and also extremely dirty. The sheets that are on the Murphy bed were also dirty. The bathroom in the master bedroom was freezing.. There seemed to be no heat at all in that bathroom. The day before we left the key cord didnt work. That entire locking system had to be replaced by maintenance.. we were locked out for at least 30 minutes. Our entire state could have been better..! There were too many things that occurred doing this first time stay. Staff was supposed to call us back once we left but of course they did not. We are now on the fifth day, and we have yet to receive a call other than an initial conversation that we had when we spoke with the supervisor at the concierge desk. Our plans are to never return..

Most likely will not stay at this resort a second time.
Nice view of the lake.
Washer and dryer in the room.
Some of the outlets did not work in the condo. Had trouble getting fire place started. No directions. Wind howled thru the bathroom window and it was freezing in the bathroom.

The whole resort is very big and kid friendly. I would love to go during the summer to enjoy the full resort. The room was more than enough for my family of 5! We even had an extra guest with us and still had plenty room. The staff was amazing and gave us discounts to different activities we were able to enjoy.
The room had roaches. That was a big turn off and made our stay very uncomfortable. The resort did accommodated us and I am sure if we had seen the roaches upon our arrival, they would have moved us to another room. We seen them later and had 2 more nights, so we made do and shook out our belongings before packing.

Check desk lady was kinda of rude lady with glasses.
We loved the shuttle to silver dollar city with Mica our driver. Also getting back home to my comfortable bed. This was our 3rd time coming in 9 years. Thought we would have a nicer room.
We felt the springs in bed couldnt sleep and back was hurting. Nastiness of the couch and love seat. Bathroom had someones har in the shower.. I was told check in 10AM room was not available till 3pm.
