Quiet basic little retreat.

The quiet location ,low price and bed was soft like a glove.

Breakfast was 140 baht but very basic. Steep stair case beware. Especially with luggage.

Simple but sweet

A small, quiet, friendly hotel and restaurant not far from Jomtien Beach. Our room was comfortable and quiet for our two nights, and our breakfast was simple but delicious. The Wi-Fi and AC worked well. No lift but that gave us a bit of exercise! They also spoke English and helped us get our Grab ride to the bus station.

Best little Hotel on Jomtien Beach!

The staff are a joy.Maybe the best place I have ever stayed?If I have a complaint it is that shower pressure is non-existent!However I believe that to be a situational one that is seasonal!Otherwise I have loved staying here and there has been no request too impossible to fill?Highly recommend Sotnos!

A home away from home

My husband and I love everything about Sotnos Guesthouse. The staffs are so accomodating and friendly. They always put smile on their faces. So approachable. We like it so much!!! The room is great, too! There are a lot of appliances that you can use but of course, we didn't use all of it as we always go out. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN THE ROOM! Just perfect!!! First time we encountered a guesthouse like this. They always make sure that they clean the room. Always give new towels and other necessities. You won't regret staying there. Not expensive. More likely a home!!!

My experience was after many days in different hotels in Thailand. I loved the feeling of being well looked after by Sotnos Staff...that was different than other places. It's a guest house I will return to next year. Russell

The breakfast was ok. I did enjoy the coffee.

The room cleaning was not good, we had to go and ask for water, toilet tissue and fresh towels every day. We stayed 3 nights and they never changed the bed linen. Very poor room cleaning.
