Very poor

That bad I checked out half way through stay and moved to another hotel

Cost and location.

Dirty walls, toilets not flushing from late night to next day. Shower leaking. Suite pictures are nothing like that suite offered.

it was not a suite. too small toilet not good for disabled the steps to lift

Very good

Brilliant little place, I will certainly come again

The location is great, the staff are great and the hotel I'm guessing is quite new as was very clean

I was told the rooftop pool was heated but it wasn't really. My patio window would not lock but as soon as i reported it, it was fixed and one day my towels were not fully replaced properly but I got some from reception; all minor things that were sorted (apart from the pool heat)

Exceptional

"It is one of the best hotels: clean, perfect staff, professional receptionists, air conditioning, large bathroom, sauna, swimming pool, tasty breakfast. We are planning to come back in the summer . We are absolutely happy with it and can wholeheartedly recommend it!"
