    Shower went scalding hot suddenly Room was tatty A lovely couple stayed in the room next to me on the second and third night, they argued the whole time, throwing things at each other, hitting each other, shouting etc. Walls were paper thin so I felt like I was in the middle of it. No staff intervened. Room was a bit worse for ware and tatty for the price I payed

    Central location, right by the Brighton Pier. Helpful and professional staff. Clean, small, but cute and cosy room. The bed was very soft, but comfortable. Good shower, hair conditioner provided. It's nice when hoteliers think about small, but important things for travelers.
    Nothing. Maybe one thing: hairdryer in the room would be nice.

    I loved location, the staff were friendly and helpful, everything was in room that was needed, easy access, booking in and booking out, loved my stay there and would like to stay again
    It was good location, clean and tidy with everything in room you needed

    The shower and the hot water. The location to the town centre
    Mould round shower. Loose sockets. Draughts through windows, no disability questions noise at night from the room above. The TV was not working. There were no stations to watch, so I had to spend a few hours to get a few channels to work

    The hotel is reasonably priced, in a good location. I would use again
    The room I had was bigger than I expected and it also had an onsuiet .which was nice. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and there are a variety of shops nearby.

    staff was very nice and the shared bathroom was clean. super close to the bus stop and a 15 min walk to the center.
    the room was SO cold, we were on the third floor I think and it was genuinely freezing. it was pouring outside and it was still warmer than in the room. we got back from a show at the Brighton centre at around midnight and we went to sleep with our coats on cause it was too cold to take them off. maybe it was just our room idk, our expectations were higher.

    Basic hotel
    The hotel is located near the sea and the Brighton pier which is nice. The room was clean. We were able to leave our luggages to the concierge on our last day.
    They gave us a room on the ground floor. The room and the beds were smaller than expected. We could hear people coming down the stairs, walking in the hallway and steps above us. The bathroom was also very small. It would have been nice to provide a hairdryer in the room.

    The heating worked very well. The bathroom was a little small for three people, but it was clean. The bed linen and towels were very clean and very comfortable.
    The room was ok, but the mattress on the big bed should be changed immediately, it was impossible to sleep on it, it was too soft and only the central part of the mattress could only be used without danger of falling to the floor.
