Disappointing

I can say that the location was convenient and the bed was comfortable. That is all.

Nice location and layout. Very good communication with the owner.

It was stunning how unclean, cluttered and poorly supplied this town home is. In addition to being simply dirty, the owner has a lot of random personal items throughout the property which does not leave ample space for even a guests bags to be stored or clothing put away. They provide one towel with no access to more, no bathmat which creates a fall hazard for anyone exiting the showers on a very slick tile floor. There are no hangers available for a guest to hang clothing to keep them from becoming wrinkled. The host does not not even provide spare toilet paper! In addition to multiple lights and bulbs burned out, much of the furniture was either broken or in an advanced state of disrepair. But the nail in the coffin of this townhouse is that there was absolutely no hot water! It's a shame that a property this good would be maintained so poorly.
