Our stay was everything we hoped for and more just perfect

The location was perfect and the secure parking (5 minutes away ) was an absolute bonus The property had everything you needed from condiments to fans. Its a very busy street but we woke naturally every morning never got disturbed once. It was really clean and comfortable pubs bars cafes restaurants shops convenience stores all minutes away on foot. We stayed 4 nights I could have happily stayed here 2 weeks or more. Renny was a great host their if needed

Great city break.

Location was great. The house was not huge but perfectly fine and quite modern. The kitchen was well stocked with modern appliances and additional accoutrements for cooking (which was a nice touch).

Seagulls were noisy in the night and stomped on the roof at night.

Anytime again!

Very nice house, well equipped and very comfortable. Our wish for two more duvets was fulfilled without complications. The parking space was 3-5 min by foot and secured by gates. The Pavilion ist only e few minutes walk away. To the beach and the pier its only a 10-15 min walk. The area ist very nice. Lots of shops and restaurants. Contact to hirer was very friendly and uncomplicated.

If you want to stay near The Lanes, this is the house for you.

Location was fantastic, 2min walk to The Lanes and 10min to the beach. Supermarket was 2mins away. House was perfect and well equipped.

The bedrooms were a bit warm at night but the fans helped. Maybe a summer duvet might help.

Practically perfect in every way

All we could have asked. Excellent location in north laines. Host very friendly and accommodating.

TV remotes were incomprehensible. Finding tv programs was a challenge!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was excellent. Just steps away from the shops, bars restaurant, pier and seafront. Gardner Street is tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Lots of useful information was provided before our visit and Rennie, the host, was easily contactable.

For a longer stay we would have needed somewhere to hang clothes in the twin room.

Better than home

Our stay at 33 Upper Gardner Street was amazing. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. The house is very comfortable and furnished with taste. Every little detail was thought throught and cared for. There was even fresh milk in the fridge on the day of our arrival, alongside with tea, coffee and a selection of food and spices. Every corner of the house was spotless, down to being nice and warm on our arrival. The communication with our host Renny was easy and immediate. Renny kept us updated and posted as soon as we had booked our stay. Any question we had was answered in the minute. The beds were very comfortable, with power outlets nearby, every appliance in the house worked perfectly, from the Wi-Fi, TV to the showers. Lots of books if you are lacking something to read, a radio, portable speaker, board games and a Useless Box which add the cherry on the cake (brilliant!) The location is simply perfect. Five minutes away from the railway station, in the heart of the North Laine, close to coffe shops, cafs, restaurants and pubs. There's even a parking space if you come by car! We had one of our most pleasant experiences staying here, it was like staying with family, or at home, but only better. Recommended A++++

Such a cosy appartment in excellent location! Spotless clean, very neat, filled with amenities,everything in good order & functional!!! Renny was a very caring host and catered to all our needs and queries.
