    Nice last minute getaway.
    CLEANLINESS - NO SMOKE SMELL - COMFY BED - ENJOYED THE HOT TUB, NICE SHOWER PRESSURE, BISCUITS AND GRAVY ALONG WITH OTHER FOODS WERE AVAILABLE DURING BREAKFAST (NOT JUST PASTRIES/DONUTS), having an elevator to get to the upper floors (great for my bad knees)
    We felt the room was a bit overpriced for what you get....it needs some updates, parking could be improved..

    Well the bed wasnt worth sleeping when you got into bed you went straight to the middle where there was a hole in the bed and had hard time getting out then the tv didnt work someone took the power cord for the cable box and then our sink plugged up

    Price We checked in on Saturday between 5. -6 pm. The man that checked us in was polite and helpful.
    Extremely rude man at 2pm on Saturday the day we checked in. He made no eye contact and had clipped responses. His body language also indicated go away.

    The location was awesome! And the staff was friendly!
    The outside as in sidewalks, parking lot needed cleaning.... the elevator was NASTY, the workers left their tools/ supplies in the elevator so we didn't have much room.... AND the elevator smelled like a barn yard.... it's awful! I stayed in this place in early August and the smell was the same.... this time we brought it to the attention of the desk person, he said he would txt the manager but guess he forgot or she didn't get it taken care of bc it didn't change for the next 3 days we were there! Another thing...our key wouldn't work, I pushed on the door, it opened... the housekeeper left the dead bolt out and therefore our door did not close and lock when she left our room.... we didn't return till later that night.... it was alil concerning walking in the room not knowing if somebody might be inside! That was also brought to the attention of the front desk.... we put the do not disturb sign out for the remaining days of our stay! They were also doing construction in the room above us .... they should've put us in the other building or other end bc the hotel was fairly empty! The drain in the sink was also stopped up.....we won't be returning!

    Will not stay here again.
    We were right on the strip which is what we wanted. Lots of things to do within walking distance.
    We had 3 rooms for our family. The toilet would not flush in one of the rooms. Told front desk the next morning, they did nothing about it. One room only had a lamp that would turn on. Told front desk and still nothing. One person doing breakfast and could not keep food filled and even completely ran out of milk.

    Location was great but I wanted a room in the lower facilities but she didn't even try to look at getting me there she just said something about something, had to kill a spider soon as I got into the room then woke up with insect bites on my legs don't know if it was from bed bugs or spider but my female companion didn't get bit in our 2 day stay so that's good. Other than that it was alright

    I like that its directly across from the Aquarium
    Where do I begin? I was overcharged for the room, I was told there wasnt a security deposit but after I checked out they have since tried to charge my card for $50 several times. The vending machine takes people money and nothings done about it because according to an employee even my stuff gets stuck and I cant get it because its not our machine. And the free breakfast is in another building behind the property with no signage letting you know that its where breakfast is served
