Rood and facilities are good.

The location is pretty nice. The beachfront look was great.

The elevator was not working. We had to carry all the bags by ourselves to the 3rd floor.

Pictures on the website are deceiving

I liked the beachfront only. The water stayed hot in the room. The location was quiet and peaceful.

I didn't like that the bathroom was between the beds. The room had one TV. There was only one AC unit in the room, so the bed by the door was cold and not TV for entertainment. I didn't get the room I booked, and the pictures on the website are very deceiving. There was no hairdryer in the room. There was only half of the role of tissue left in the room. I had to ask for clean towels and tissue. Housekeeping did not come in at all to restock towels or toiletries or change the trash the entire stay of my trip. The ice bucket was rusted. I was not pleased with my booking at all. The outside was very rundown and needed lots of work. I will not stay there or recommend the hotel.

Very poor

Not pleasent I was ready to leave the first day.

I just like the area and the beach that is it that is all.

I didnt like the fact I paid my hard earned money, Im not gone say all but some are rude to their customers when you ask to see the room before you decide to stay there. I get that its no five star, but excellent customer service is very important 5 stars or not. Stayed for a week and a few days in I endured roaches, which I believe they have an infestation. But hey if you enjoy cheaper prices,only house keeping when you ask and roaches damn near soon as they smell you cook or any type of food you have to look over your shoulder. I wouldnt recommend only if you are on a budget and you have no other choice.
