Just okay

The staff at the reception were nice.

The air conditioning system wasnt working and it was so hot, you can barely even open the windows but the staff provided us with a fan , it didnt make much of a difference but it was a good gesture. Also the location is in an awkward spot, felt a bit weird and unsafe a lot of dodgy people were around the place

The fact that it doesn't have enough self catering equipment in a room such as stove, kettle, microwave etc. We have to buy ready made food

Place need to be upgraded with all of the above...especially dstv channels and aircon

Room was fine...

There was no aircon...when you shower there's water all over the area outside of the shower area...no dstv channels and no room service for like breakfast.

Its proximity to beaches

The room is too small and without aircon . The closing of reception disabled our use of microwave and access to tea. Sun 1 in Johannesburg is 24hours. Why not this one?

Worse experience ever the hotel is very bad service is poor blood stains on the sheets

I didn't like anything about this hotel the service is poor the room smells so bad blood stains on the sheets air conditioner wasn't working i wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there
