good location for transport and food, drink, bars. The room neat and tidy as well as aircon.

no breakfast, and good location.

there are 3 flights of stairs and I had the top floor, it nearly killed me each time.

Exceptional

A hidden gem in Jomtiem. Highly recommended.

Hotel is down a very quiet alley 50 m from beach. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bright. We had 402 which had a big balcony and a partial sea view. Room was kept cool with good air con Great value for money.

Everything was good. Be aware there is no lift.
