Excellent few days stay. Would stay again

Great room. Had an unexpected upgrade and had a suite with 2 bathrooms, lounge and dual aspect with sea view. Great choice of food and drinks at breakfast. Everyone is catered for and food freshly cooked. Great location on the strip but rooms very quiet. Fig tree bay beach is a couple of minutes walk away but sun beds go quickly so get there early. There is also a longer beach to the left of fig tree bay with sun beds and facilities. Very friendly and polite staff. Everyone smiling and looking like they enjoyed being at work.

Passable

Bed lamp wire was exposed but covered by lamp shade. So when we turned on the lamp, we had a power cut in the room, which lasted more than an hour. Reception staff was rude when we asked when they expected he electrician to arrive. but the manager was polite. It was getting very hot in the room, so we decided to wait at the lobby. Neither the staff nor the manager offered something, not even a glass of water.
