This place should be more franc and honest with the picture and the start rating as it really ruined my vacation. This i

The only good thing about it was the 2 receptionists of the morning as they were helpful

It was very dirty and smelly. The bed sheets, duvet, towels and pillows had stains and were unclean. I only saw it at night as I was out all day. When I called the reception they said they cant do anything now and that I should have told them earlier. So I had to sleep on my towel as everything was super dirty. The next morning I informed the receptionist and she was super nice and told me they will fix everything. Again the sheets were unclean and they had to change them for the 3rd time. The thing is I could not even reach booking customer service as everything was in Thai.

OK hotel for the money

Amazing breakfast, great restaurant for dinners. Comfy bed and spacious rooms, nice pool and nice staff.

Aircon is loud and too cold even when set to higher temperatures. When the restaurant is running on skeleton crew (interestingly only one of the four nights), you better go out and eat elsewhere. Nice roadside food vendors just on the street.

Sunset Beach Honest review

Location are strategic

1. There is a recycling Center next to the hotel so there is a constant foul smell, need to relocate the center 2. 5 days of same exact menu for breakfast, should have a different menu on every other day 3. Need some music at the swimming pool 4. There was an aircond water dripping in my room on 1 of the night, may need consistent maintennace
