Not the best

The price was decent.

The shower handle was broken and they were made aware of this on the second day and did nothing but question what was wrong instead of going and fix the problem, like they couldn't believe it wasn't working. No heated pool, beds were broken and needed to be fixed on the first night. The area is very sketchy. We drove by a gas station as police had guns pointed at a suspect. Helicopters were flying around all night one night.

Great potential if it had been cleaned.

The location was great and we had more than enough for the family to sleep.

The property wasnt cleaned before our arrival so it threw our first day off.

was disappointed with the property managers

nice place. laid out nicely

I was there in the middle of a hurricane And they told me I had to check out at 10am right when the storm was supposed to be overhead. I asked for late checkout due to storm and they just said no. they also charged $250 cleaning + 150 pet + 100 mandatory damage policy and even with t those ridiculous charges they expected us to wash pool towels. plus, one of the beds had sheets that clearly werent clean, there was old coffee in the coffee maker, and no propane in the grill. if still have given them a decent review if they were even a little compassionate during the hurricane. they wanted us out at 10am. I only wanted to wait until 11 or 12 to make sure the storm moved through and the just said there is nothing they can do

Superb

its was a great stay, we really enjoyed ourselves.. the kids loved the pool

the kids loved the pool l, it was very close to the amusement park, it was clean

the gas grill didnt work for us, not sure if it was the tank or the grill. extra bathroom rags and towels wouldve been nice

Very good

It was a good size home with lots to offer.

The bottom of the garage cans are dirty, food in between the stove and counter tops, kitchen table chairs and loose on the bottoms. Needs some TLCand the location was not favorable.
