We were staying in Sura Hagia Hotel for 5 days. It was an amazing experience. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staffs were so friendly and helpful, especially Cuneyt and Fatma in Guest Relation Team. The breakfast was very pleasing. I will go back again in the future to repeat this fantastic experience.

Location was perfect. Breakfast was good
Rooms are small. Aircon is centrally controlled which made rooms stuffy, opened windows but the smoke from the fires downstairs were unbearable. Reception manager, Aysha was rude and unhelpful
