    The location is convenient, the room is spacious for families and big groups. Well equipped with kitchen. Check-in was easy. Very comfortable stay. It was our second time here. Will definitely come again.

    The apartment is clean & spacious , big living room, kitchen , bathrooms & bedrooms. The apartment is only a stone throw away from the train station & Coop supermarket , so conveniently located. The staffs are so friendly & helpful . Big thanks to Ms Angie who is so helpful & attentive.

    Very disappointed with the 2 incidents, but otherwise the property is great, although it is also on the higher end in te
    Beautiful property and the apartment was big and had everything we need. Really comfortable apartment and everything was nice and new
    We had 2 major issues. Check in is 9 am to 6 pm. After that you will have to check in via a machine outside the building and get your card key as no staff will be present. The machine was not working when we arrived at 9 pm and we were stuck outside the building with our luggages in the cold (it was zero degrees celcius) for 45 mins. Took the manager 25 mins to come, but he wasted another 20 mins making us do a video call to show him the machine was not working and he was trying to reset the machine from his home. We told the manager we did not want cleaning service and no one was to enter our room, on the 2nd day, the cleaners entered and cleaned our apartment. Although the staff were nice and apologised on both occasions, no service recovery was done. A little something extra, especially for the first incident would have been appreciated

    The room space is huge. It was enough for the fore-people trip. The location is superb. It is right at Interlaken Ost station. We were given tickets for free public transportation during our stay. The balcony is fantastic. You can see snow-capped mountains view from the room.
    The beds are a bit too small and aren't comfortable. The restroom was a bit smelly. The dishwasher was broken.

    A place you can truly relax and enjoy with family after the long sightseeing trips
    Location and clean apartment, completer set of plates, cups and saucers and everything else one needs in a kitchen. Convenience of having a washer and dryer complete with detergent. The staff too Angie was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed.
    Our bedroom wc has a foul smell
