My 2nd time staying. Got the very top apartment. Love the view from the balcony. Kitchen, toilets, living room and bedrooms were very clean and new.

Great stay with excellent host
Excellent location due to it being close to the center of town but still away from the crowds. The apartment was clean and spacious and the host, Veronica, who spoke very good English, was very helpful and informative.
Unfortunately we had a problem with the heating that did not turn off, but it was fixed while we were there.
Lighting in the kitchen/dining area is poor and needs improvement.

Our stay was very relaxed, comfortable
The property is in the middle of the heart of Interlaken city, which has the best views. We have booked a bungalow which is so beautiful and spacious. The apartment has all the amenities. You can park your car as well, they have space.The host, Veronica was absolutely humble and kind to us. She made us feel so comfortable. We would like to go again and will book the same place. Definitely, it is a 5-star property.
