A 4 star hotel with a 3 star service.

Clean and spacious rooms. Special mention to general manager Mr.Roy who sorted out the issues we had with the front office staff. The food was good.

The attitude of the reception staff and the way they handle fuest requests and queries is far from professional. Not what you would expect from a 4 star resort. The TV in the room was not working and the maintenance team who handled the issue was very lethargic. The resort is huge,however, many of the common areas lack maintenance.

decent place to stay but expect a lot of hicupps

good property . nice nature around . food was really great , staff was responsive

many small small issues which made staying not comfortable . WiFi was pathetic , Rooms not maintained, towels horrible , pool dirty , toiletries not good

Lovely hotel and location. Brilliant restaurant providing Breakfast lunch and dinner. (Which you need to do as its away from central port blair)

Communication with the reception staff did not get followed up. This was especially true as needed to pay prior to getting there and was unable to pay using uk credit card
