    Great location and comfortable. However, need to change to new towels and rid kitchen of roaches.
    Location and quietness.
    This was an official trip. I couldn't get a receipt when I needed at check out. I was instead sent an invoice days after upon request for a receipt. And when I requested for correction (a receipt instead of invoice, since payment was already done), as well as putting the amount in the payment currency (US dollars, instead of Kenyan shillings) the management went silent, despite three staff being aware of my request by e-mail.

    I would easily stay there again if/when I return to Nairobi.
    The entire staff was FANTASTIC. The girls at the front desk were helpful with everything, and the security staff were also great. The room had a washer/dryer, and strong internet connectivity let me keep up with TV and YouTube news with no problem.
    No complaints.. everything was great.

    Great hospitalityideal location closer to malls,supermarkets,mombasa roadsecurity at the property is strongvalue for money as well!
    Internal gate has to be made between the two properties(Taarifa Suites and the second one belonging to same company where there is swimming pool)so that guests do not have to go out of the main gate in the first property..walking along the road to get to the swimming pool property.

    Location,hospitality,value for money,all services were perfect.
    Access to the swimming pool is through exiting the property going to the second property.If a minor gate between the two property would be made so that resident customers do not have to go out of the premises.
