Room not available, some deposit money not returned.. for no reason.

We arrived at the hotel and the room was gone. I have an eight year old child who wasn't feeling well and the lady at reception was blase about telling us the room I had paid for was gone.. and that we'd get our money back. It was New Year's Eve in Las Vegas.. so we wouldn't have found a room anywhere... or a cab. We finally got a room- someone else's.. not good enough. Also had to pay a $200 deposit.. I had 181 taken out of my account and just 162 put back in.. so I lost 20 dollars.. for nothing.. Not impressed and I'd like the full amount refunded asap.

Wonderful accommodations

Everything was great. Bothe rooms clean and in excellent condition. All the amenities in the room plates, silverware, cups etc. were perfect for our needs.

It was an excellent stay!

The room was more spacious than any room we have ever had with a beautiful set up that allowed plenty of privacy. We were very impressed with the accessibility (though we are not disabled) to access the pool and hot tub. The pool area was beautiful and such a unique idea with the sand in the pools.

We wish that there would have been a restaurant on site. It was confusing that there were two Tahiti Village properties in the city as we originally went to the wrong one.
