    Staff are friendly and accommodate. Hotel is clean and close to Ximending night market. Many eateries one block behind the hotel.
    There aren't much shops around I'd you are a shopper.

    Good five star hospitality.
    New and clean. With a snack station free for guests to stock up on. Kids love it.
    15min walk to ximending which is not so near. Not so ideal with children.

    Good room size for family of 3.
    The hotel is about 15 mins walk to ximending so transport at selected timing was provided. Else the room is big and theres a nice gym too.
    The bathtub wasnt easy to use especially for elderly and young kids. Luckily they have some rooms with standing shower

    Overall the room is cleaned with big beds. Hotel offers complimentary mini snacks daily available from one of their F&B outlet Thai Thai.
    The room is smaller than the usual family suite room. The sofa was a small 2 seater. The bathtub is a square small one which is good for sitting in it only. The staff were overall friendly. But the good impression was ruined on our last day after checkout when we requested arrangement for transport to the airport. We have requested for a bigger taxi as we have 3 big luggages. The attending staff expressed impatience & replied rudely it was not possible. We just walk away & tried to get a taxi on our own. Another staff met us at the front entrance & offer to help get a bigger taxi for us, which was done within 10 mins. Frankly this is a simple gesture from any hotel especially for a 5 Stars hotel.
