Great Stay

Everything was available on site: gym, restaurant, laundry service, in-villa massage, room service and taxi service. The internet worked well also! Communication via WhatsApp made things super easy and the onsite restaurant food was fantastic.

Location wise there wasnt anything close by but that didnt matter so much as taxis are affordable and easy to get. The only alternative milk they provided was soy which was unfortunate.

Fantastic little gem away from the hustle and bustle areas without being all the way up in the hills

The staff were all so nice and accommodating, the food (rotated certain dishes for the hot section for breakfast which was good for a foodie to have different tastes), the coffee made on a proper la marzocco with multiple staff displaying exceptional barista skills (especially for an Aussie who is very particular about their coffee!). The arrangement of the rooms with compact secluded villa vibe was great, having a young small family. Not for those that want a communal sit-by-the-pool experience.

The only negative was the location (which we knew when booking) meant it was a littke bit away from everything (ie weren't able to just walk out onto the beach area or onto a main street for markets/shops)... and yet was great to be between the different areas of Bali so with the Grab app it was just as easy to get to nusa dua beach front area vs seminyak vs others....

Great experience, go for it if you want privacy and calmness.

The staff was very helpful and thoughtful. They arranged rides for us from and to the sites we wanted to visit. The food was very good. When we were leaving early before the breakfast buffet start time, the suggested preparing takeaway breakfast free of charge.

It was enjoyable. Thankfully Nusa Dua Grab is an excellent service and we found a great private Driver from it to take u

New and modern. Room style unique enjoyed privacy and the pool. Breakfast good to very good. The barista coffee was a welcome addition staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Location a bit out of way. Once we used GRAB taxi it was ok. However staff said Grab difficult to get, we did not find a problem on our stay and excellent service. Private transport was ridiculously and annoyingly over priced. Please advise guests in future that Grab is available. Room needed shade, (Bima 3,)plants or umbrella would be nice. Room 1 hot and A/C struggled to cool even with curtains closed and bathroom shut.

The private kitchen and living areas were amazing and the arrangement of the villas and the service from the staff were incredible.

Very very good

We've enough privacy with other guests. There is security hosting us every day when we back at late night. Everyone is very friendly and cozy making us feel at home. There are a variety of coffee choices included in our breakfast package.

The masseur not up to standard. Nothing much within walking distance.
