    Location to centre, flexibility of eating, friendliness of staff, private parking, a bit noisy for those wishing some quiet in evening but for those not its perfect!
    It was ample for our needs

    Beautiful property on the banks of the Tay in the centre of Dunkeld. Great room , comfy beds and excellent shower.
    We knew that we had to get our own breakfast at time of booking, however were very dissappointed with the choice of products. No Meusli, fresh fruit or fresh pastries, croissants ! Cornflakes, cocopops and mass produced muffins and cake were a poor substitute considering the cost of the accomodation.

    Beautiful, well appointed accomodation in superb location with parking for guests. Property has been renovated, rebuilt to a high standard. Self-service breakfast - fresh food left in fridge daily.
    This should be an adult only property!!! There was a family who allowed their children to run throughout the building uncontrolled with totall disregard for other guests. Family left little fresh produce for other guests plus left a trail of breakfast food, packaging across the kitchen, dinning room, and reception area. Where they also left magazine's strewn across the floor. We had to pick these up so we could eat in the reception. Had the family not been staying here this accommodation would have been idyllic.

    As of the elderly generation it would have been good to be advised of the stairs required to go up to the rooms. However, this did not detract from our excellent visit..

    Elegant comfort in the most killer location. Super friendly staff. Stunningly clean. Extremely comfortable bed with beautiful properly nice pillows .
