Exceptional

The place is neat and clean and took us by surprise, the staff is very hospitable and it's good value for money

The location can be misleading ....it shows under waynad search and can add 2-3 hours more drive but the place is beautiful

It is just an OK place and nothing special Really bad experience due to following issues - They refused to honor a confirmed booking and we had to fight with them to get a room finally allocated - We had the family room, most spacious and expensive room booked but allocated a small dirty room. Again had to push them to change the room. - A male staff tried to push open our room door multiple times when my wife was alone in the room - probably a special way of expressing over friendliness at Teak Town ?

The booking.com contact center team was the worst - while we reached out for support since the property was not allocating room for us, we were told by booking.com team that they will gt back to us after 24 hours from the check-in date. Thank you Booking.com , really appreciate your effort to address the customer issue.
