Superb

Loved the people and service provided at the villa. Especially our property manager Maxz was super helpful, polite, and an amazing host. The property itself was out of a movie and we loved every bit of time spent there.

Was a good experience overall would recommend to a group who wants to stay indoor and party rather than going to and fro

Its a well maintained apartment which has a good view and private pool. The housekeeper was very kind and generous and was available most of the time for any help needed at short notice. The property had 2 jacuzzis.

Its located a little far off from the Main Street of Phuket so commuting to and fro is an issue. Some of amenities were not working like jacuzzi in one of room and swimming pool jacuzzi.

It was disappointing to find that the cleaners entered the property without prior permission on multiple occasions, particularly in the mornings. As Arab guests, this raised some significant concerns, as the privacy and cultural sensitivities of our wives and daughters were compromised when they were not appropriately dressed. While we understand that cleaning services are necessary and play an essential role in maintaining the property's cleanliness, it is crucial that a clear protocol is established to ensure guests' privacy is respected. The unexpected intrusions not only disrupted our peace but also caused discomfort and unease among our family members. We believe that this issue can be rectified by implementing a more robust permission system. Clear guidelines should be communicated to the cleaning staff, emphasizing the importance of obtaining consent from guests before entering their accommodations. Providing a dedicated channel, such as a scheduled cleaning service or a guest-controlled "Do Not Disturb" option, would allow guests to manage their privacy and align with their cultural preferences. Since it was a big family trip (total 13 of us), we still enjoyed the privacy of having one villa all by ourselves. No r

The place was big and spacious with jacuzzi or bathtub in every room. Netflix was connected to 4 TVs. The owner, manager and the staff were very friendly and nice. Most of the time, they will try to help with our request. Free airport shuttle service and 24/7 shuttle to Novotel resort located near the main road. Maxz, their staff introduced us a great private catamaran tour at a good price. A small souvenir was given to us on the last day. The owner and manager visited us as well.

1. The place was not clean, the daily housekeeping definitely not up to our standard, though there were 2 jacuzzi but none of them are working. 2. No house slippers were provided but when we asked for it, they took many days to provide but were given very old slippers and we had to buy new ones from the supermarket. 3. We found cockroaches in all three rooms at the second level. 4. The dish-washer was not working. Not suitable for very big group as most of their pans and pots were quite small. 5. Found red ants crawling everywhere in kitchen area. The maintenance of the kitchen area was not up to our standard. 6. WiFi occasionally stopped working and water supply was cut off on the last day morning before we checked out.
