    Great location with really friendly staff
    Its location was great and not too far from the car parks
    The stairs ! When you enter the stairs look a bit grimy but its no reflection on the rooms as they were great

    Excellent location, entrance is separate to the pub, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly when checking in and out, room was lovely.
    Quite a few stairs to the room but these were not steep. Shower wasnt great, hardly any pressure.

    Great hotel
    The hotel is in the heart of the city, perfectly located. Beautiful pub in the hotel and the food was excellent!
    There is no elevator/lift in the hotel. There is also no A/C. If you are not used to no A/C, rooms can get pretty warm.

    Comfortable, relaxing few days away.
    Room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Perfect location. Initially thought the beer garden noise would be annoying but the windows completely shut out all the noise. All the staff were helpful and welcoming.

    Location was brilliant - right in the heart of Tenby. Our room had a balcony looking over the pub courtyard. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Perfect for a few nights stay to explore Tenby.
    The shower wasnt brilliant - super low pressure.
