    Very disappointed at in-room facilities.
    No wifi signal in room. Dirty dishes and kitchenware on arrival when theres a dishwasher in room?! Broken freezer door Uncomfortable sofa bed

    Be aware, nearly NO wifi signal in room. Data on phone may not work!
    Good view but disappointing facility!
    NO WIFI SIGNAL in room!!!!!! Why is it a big deal? Its because the location of this accommodation has only 3G signal for Vodafone and Windtre and there is No wifi signal in room. We had to leave room door open to have very weak signal on and off and therefore we had to sit in the hallway if we need to search info online since its a weak signal area for both Vodafone and Windtre and there is no wifi signal in room. Reported to staff, responded will get someone to look at but cannot guarantee will be the on the following day. When asked if we can switch to other room that have wifi signal, staff responded we will have to pay more for that since we are 5 people and there is only one big room that can accommodate 5 adults in this hotel. On the second day, of course, nothing is solved. I do not believe that its the first time theyd received complaints about their wifi signal. From the photo and info on booking.com, i had high expectations. I cant believe an accommodation like this can have guest room with no wifi signal. Very disappointing. Broken freezer door. Freezer technically non-existing as freezer door is broken and full of frost in there. And no range hood/vent in kitchen. Kitchen has a dishwasher. We cant understand why the kitchenware and plates were disgusting. Sofa bed not comfortable to sleep on. Breakfast was ok but pretty much the same things everyday

    We liked the accommodation very much. The whole hotel was beautifully equipped, located in a quiet area and we felt excellent during our stay. The receptionist was very nice and provided us with excellent coffee and recommendations for trips around the area right at check in. Our room was clean and tidy every day.
    The only thing we could complain about was that the breakfast was the same every day and if we arrived a bit late some things were not available and not refilled.

    It is off the beaten track. Not a bad thing but a little tricky to find in the dark.

    Not too bad, but I won't be staying there again.
    The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The location is quite secluded.
    There was no telephone to call reception and only one room card was offered. The breakfast was quite disappointing and there was no hot food on the second day. The views aren't wonderful particularly. There seemed to be very little facility to book a taxi easily just to go to Matera. The staff were not that helpful in this regard.

    We had an apartment which was really spacious even though we didn't need all that space. The staff was nice and some of them even went the extra mile (like preparing breakfast table outside, since it was a nice sunny morning, but no tables ready outside).
    It is really great place, but when in Italy, one does expect a perfect coffee. Well, unfortunately here really isn't. Also some fruit for breakfast would be great. The single extra bed is appropriate only for children, up to 8, maybe 10 years of age. Sofa bed is also only appropriate for 2 younger children, definitely not 2 adults.

    Absolutely fabulous. Whole package is complete breath taking. We loved the environment, the sustainable aspect of renewed old building, the breakfast and the rooms everything is detailed to a perfection.
