The resort is just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre. Spacious with ample seating area, rooms also offer a private balcony and views of the garden or Lamai Beach. They have large and modern bathrooms that come with either a bathtub or shower facilities. Guests can relax on the many lounge chairs located throughout the property. Every member of staff we had the pleasure of speaking to were friendly and helpful. The room was great and had a lovely view of the garden. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday and new towels were given. The pool is lovely with beautiful views of the beach. The new year's eve gala was fab, the entertainment and the staff went above and beyond that night for every person there. We enjoyed our stay that much that we booked to stay an extra 4 nights.

Exceptional

Great rooms, serviced daily. Nice pool on the beach. Breakfast was delicious the staff at reception go put of their way to help you.

Not enough sun loungers for guests. By the time you came down for breakfast, people had their towels out to reserve the loungers.

Good stay, swimming pool disapointed.

Nice location, beach front and walking distance to the Lamai vila and night markets, restaurants and shops. Staff was very welcoming and great, always with a smile and happy (reception at least) sometimes restaurant staff seemed very crampy and not happy at all. Breakfast is a good value for money and you can have it looking at the beach which was great and nice.

The swimming pool was being rebuilt and the work site was a mess. They did offered to upgrade us to a Bungalow due to inconvenience or even to stay at a partner hotel and even offered a transfer to use the swimming pool in the partner hotel. Well the location of the partner hotel was not that great so we decided to take the free upgrade to a bungalow which was very spacious and comfortable. However we would like to know about this situation with the swimming pool upfront so we could have organised another place to stay, but they only sent us a message to advise about it and options 1 day prior to our arrival. We were celebrating our anniversary. The photos in the website are not realistic though, its similar, but very different at the same time.
