    Nice little hotel in a busy area
    We had a great stay at the Friendly hotel in Hue. The staff was kind and professional. Our room had a working TV and great AC. The breakfast had many options to choose from. The location was right in the mix of everything. The bed was semi firm. We also had a mini fridge.
    Things not in the hotels control. Hue was incredibly humid which caused the room/hotel to sweat, but the AC had a "dry mode" that worked well. No complaints.

    Stayed here for 1 night and was great for what we needed. Clean and comfortable with hot water in the shower. Close to good place to eat. Staff friendly
    Breakfast could be better but we enjoyed our egg and coffee.

    Comfortable room at very reasonable rate in excellent location to see Hue.
    Room was comfortable and the shower was hot. Location is excellent - two minutes from walking street with good restaurants. We followed the hotel staff recommendations and had 2 excellent meals there. Breakfast included was good - with fresh fruit and eggs to order. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful, and most spoke good English. They booked us a private transfer from Hue to Hoi An with sightseeing stops which was excellent - and considerably cheaper to the one we tried to book in line. Upgraded to larger vehicle, very safe and chatty driver. Thank you!

    Staff are very kind. We left two jackets in the hotel. It was our mistake. But this hotel sent two jackets from Hue to Hoi An! It was very far. I was deeply moved. Thanks!

    I thought that the hotel management is a quite difficult job, because in spite of such cheap price, some customers complain much and lazy customers get up late and complain that there is no breakfast. But actuary they served excellent food and good view, clean room.
    Unfortunately, we had heavy rain, so that the river was over flood. Then on my departure day of Hue, the road of front of the hotel became a river. In order to go to railway station, I had to walk about 100m in that river. Besides, at the station, staff said no train. So I had to go to DaNang by taxi. This article has no relation with the hotel.

    The hotel's location is very good, it is located on big street rather than small lane so it is very accessible. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, they actually are very proactive in solving the guests' concerns. Also they have all kind of extra services that guests might need.
    The facility is a little bit dated and old fashion. Breakfast has nothing surprising.

    Good hotel for a good price. Rooms are standard and rather small but fine for the price. Staff is nice and helps you booking tours, we booked the city tour (recommended) and they also booked our train tickets to Da Nang. Breakfast is very good (again considering the price, it is not a luxury breakfast but you get a nice little buffet with a lot of different things).
    The place is not the newest.
