    The staff was a massive highlight. Super accommodating and lovely comfortable beds made our trip very enjoyable. Great location also with a convenience store right across the road.
    I wish there was a good gym facility! But not a must have.

    Nice hotel with nice layout and great bathroom set up. The breakfast was good with a huge choice and nice staff with grandma overseeing them. The girls and staff checking us in were nice. Location was good near the Citadel. Girls at desk recommended best eating place for Bun bo Hue at Ba Gai near hotel and best Highland cinnamon n grass jelly coffees! Grab driver took us to best craft beers place around hotel, Imperial Hue craft beers.
    We got a view but they had rooms with better views and wanted us to upgrade for more money.

    Good value and location. Very attentive staff. Worked out a driver to Hoi An and we visited a number of sites along the way. Always responded promptly to a question via Booking.com messaging.
    Great range of food at breakfast but needed to be kept warm for longer.
