Totally ticked all the boxes if you are looking for a peaceful and calm ambience of a private Villa yet close enough to
Loved the calm, peaceful ambience as you stepped into the resort. The Villa was private with a beautiful decor, food was amazing and l loved the treatments available. l was extremely impressed that we could not hear any noise yet we were so close to all of the shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Highly recommended. The shuttle service available by the staff was great with a drop of into the town centre or a short walk if you prefer, yoga was also a wonderful addition to the resort.
There was nothing l can complain about at all. A beautiful experience.

Really disappointing stay at the Amala. On arrival the staff told us we were upgraded to a pool villa which was a larger room than what we had paid for however it was very outdated, in need of an update and was right next to a very busy highway so we could hear traffic throughout the day and night. We found the staff unwelcoming, not sure how this is rated 5* as stayed in other 3 and 4 star hotels in Bali which were much better
