Unfortunately temporary construction noise. It would have set our expectations better if we had been told about this on check-in or during booking.
We found the Twitch streamer and the YouTube influencers a bit annoying with their filming around the pools and at breakfast.

Great new resort in Mui Ne
Beautiful great Indochina design resort that brings you very good vibes and cozy atmosfere. Staff are amazing and helpful. Lovely pools and beach zone with shadow from coconut trees.
At 11 on our last day, the keys couldn't open the door, and we had to go to reception with wet bikinis for another new key. We felt like we were being kicked out of our stay :)

Three days in paradise
The Anam is one of the best places we have ever stayed. The facilities and setting are incredible - they may even be better than the photographs?! We ate nearly all our meals in the hotel because the food was so delicious, and the staff were wonderful. It's a little bit of an effort to get to but SO worth it.

Nice rooms, but there are still ways to improve.
Breakfast was great with different dishes every day during our 3 night stay.
Rooms were nice and almost well designed. However, without a bath tray or any associated bench, the bath was not readily usable. It would have been better if there had been a clothing rack to hang clothes/towels near the shower and/or bath. There should have been more low pillows as well. The pillows provided were too high and when we asked for some low ones, staff advised all low pillows were given to other guests already. It was a bit noisy due to lawn mowing early morning and furniture moving on the upper level.

Beautiful property with two pools. Pool staff was very attentive and always ready to attend for food, drinks and setting up sunbeds and towels.
Good dining options.
The room was extremely clean.
There is not much outside the resort, you must have a car/taxi to reach other restaurants or shops.
Many families with kids at both pools which makes it a bit loud.
