Superb

A wonderful stay away from the business of Central Ubud

The property is as the beautiful as the photos. Check in is easy but in another lobby/reception building. Theres quite a distance from the reception to the villa, but thats totally fine.

Maintenance of the AC and water tank, because theres a little hiccups during our stay, but the staffs resolve it immediately.

All in all we loved our stay at The Apartments and were sorry to leave. Having a private pool was just lovely except so

We loved the privacy of the villa and that it was set in a village rather than in Ubud city (too touristy and crowded). The place was spacious, very clean and staff were very helpful.

Because the place is mostly stone or marble inside, it is very echoey. The smallest sound is very loud. The kitchen, while well stocked, could have a bit more cutlery than just 4 knives, spoons and forks.

Beautiful and clean

We enjoyed our time in Apartments Ubud. It's so beautiful, clean and comfortable. There is a kitchen with a big fridge and toaster and all the necessary things to prepare for your breakfast. Staff are attentive and polite! There are two restaurants close to apartments.

The location is a little bit far from central Ubud and all coffee shops and restaurants.

Very nice apartment with good pool. The wifi was very good.

Sometimes the water wouldn't work. The bathroom had a horrible smell to it. The smell got into the rest of the apartment. There were no beds next to the pool and the appartment had only 1 chair outside.

Exactly like the pictures, beautifully decorated (exterior and interior). The staff was so nice and very helpful with every everything (renting bike, booking massage, new towels, booking taxi etc). Perfect hidden hotel to be at peace.

15min scooter drive from Ubud center which can be a bit far if not confortable driving a scooter by night but still very well located in general to do everything in Ubud and surrounding areas.
