Wasnt a very good experience and didnt look like what was advertised

Good security and a fairly safe neighborhood

The bathrooms were not clean enough and the bed sheets didnt seem fresh

Unbearably hot and stuffy

It was okay, we got the keys but security is not really efficient for check in. Had to call back for wifi code, an iron, a blow dryer, euro adaptors as the supplied fans had euro plugs. These are basic amenities I expect in a hotel

The lack of aircon. How can you sell an ApartHotel without aircon! The place was so stuffy we had to sleep with the sliding doors open. Then at 5 am the road noise would come in. This was probably one of my worst stays in a long time.

definitely will consider going there again!

The staff was very helpful and had a warm welcoming attitude. As a family of four, we felt relaxed and at home. Very secure which is very important. Location was perfect because it's so close to the mall and all the restaurants in Rosebank.
