Disappointing

manager and staff was good just they should work on rooms and facilities

Room was small and there were mosquitoes and tv was not working we had to call them to start and there was no refrigerator in room as it's now available everywhere no bucket in bathroom they should work more as I was not satisfied at all ....

The place is definitely better marketed than maintained. Terrible stay.

Extremely noisy. if they want to have DJ nights until 1 am they should warm people before they book. Also, terribly behaved guest profile; the place is full of twenty-somethings getting drunk in the middle of the afternoon and then creating a nuisance, including by cursing loudly and throwing cigarette butts in the kids' pool. The staff is the unfriendliest hotel staff I've ever come across in Rajasthan - perhaps because they are wary of their regular guests. The breakfast is below average, and staff are unaccommodating if you make a simple request such as for hotter coffee. The common lounge and indoor restaurant/club space are positively dusty.

Very good

Enjoyable and comfortable stay.

The plant-filled pool area was a very pleasant spot for meal or just to relax with a drink and a book. The staff, particularly management, were extremely helpful.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Balcony with the room

Continuous disco music playing from 7pm to 1am. You can't f..... ing sleep. No doubt they ask for full payment in advance when you check in so that a unsuspecting customer will be trapped for the rest of his stay. Suggest cancel this property from your webs site.

The worst kind of hotel Ive ever been to. pros: NOT EVEN A SINGLE ONE CONS: Basic amenities like an electrical kettle was not there. and after asking for it many times from the staff they said, as hotel is fully occupied and they have not an electrical kettle. i also paid for the room. so what the hell was the reason! i was with my two year old daughter and need warm water etc BUT NOTHING WAS THERE. washrooms were dirty bed was dirty loud music of their EMPTY PUB didnt let us sleep. WORST ! WORST ! WORST experience. i request anyone who is planning this hotel . pls save your money. even a dharamshala would be great but nit this one. also i think the reviews on hotel booking platforms are alos fake about this one. because each and every guest was fighting with the staff for anything missing. i didnt saw any single satisfied guest over there.
