Disappointing

Okay. Wouldnt recommend.

Well tucked in and peaceful

Cleanliness and staff. I asked for the information about Airport transfer and the staff replied that they dont have any. Most disappointing was when there was no staff present in the hotel instead they put someone until 9 am in the morning.

Quite rooms, just off main Rd in seminyak but really quiet, short walk to restaurants and cafes

Need fridges in rooms, have share fridges in lobby are Aside from that all good

Just what we needed!

Had such a great time at the Aswana Hotel. The staff really care about you here and want you to have the best time possible. With only being a 10 minute walk from the beach, its in a perfect location. We had a little mishap with my sunglasses being broken but that really didnt take away from our incredible experience at the hotel. The staff here are honestly incredible. If you ask for new towels, youre given them instantly. If you ask for your sheets to be changed, theyll be done within 10 minutes. You can also get extremely cheap bike rental here compared to competitors on the street. There is a laundry service next door too. The pool is perfect size with a nice outside seating area. Will definitely consider Aswana when we come back to Bali!

The room was a bit small and our room had a broken faucet which we informed the staff if they could fix it but no one stopped by to do so.

Quiet!

Its off the Main Street and very quiet! The staff is very helpful and the air conditioning is the best Ive had in Bali and Ive been here for 5 months! Rooms are clean and well-maintained!

The hours that the staff clean the room aligned with the hours I work (I worked from the room) so it was difficult to get my room cleaned sometimes unless I left the room

The staff were tremendous people. I walked in and thought to myself wow look at how tremendous these people are. At first I got a room with a leaky tap, and there were just enormous amounts of water leaking from the tap. My uncle used to be a plumber - great guy, learned from Italian plumbers who are world famous for their impeccable plumbing. It's true, they really are. He explained to me years - many years - ago about the dangers of leaking taps and the amount of pressure that could build up and release over time. Who would have guessed that almost 35 years later he would be right? I'm not superstitious but if that's not an omen then I don't know what is. When I mentioned this to the front desk they promptly gave me a new room. The room itself was clean both times, the toilet and shower were both good. They have great showers in Oklahoma too, great people there, tremendous people. They really do a number on sanitary equipment like no one else, right there slap bang in the middle of the United States of America. If that isn't a testament to the prowess and craftsmanship of the American people then I don't know what is. The bed was comfortable, the airconditioning was good but required some time to get up to speed, and the staff were super helpful and friendly.

I had a lovely stay! Too bad it was only one night. Cute room with a view on the swimming pool and very comfortable bed. I think they chose a very quiet one as I had asked, which was much appreciated.
