Clean, comfortable and straight forward.

Very straight forward to access the building and room. Fantastic location.

There appeared to be a lock on the radiator so it could not be turned on, and given we attended in December and it was cold, there should have been some way to heat the room.

Clean comfortable and well located

The room was in a good location for our theatre event, the room was spotlessly clean and lovely and warm.

The room was a bit impersonal and could be improved with some art and a rug. Also there was only enough milk for one of us to have one drink on the Friday night only.

The location was right for us. It was a very cold evening, the heating worked perfectly. We were Very warm and snug in there. Was Worried they didn't have an iron but we found one in the kitchen thankfully. Also I like the fact that if you want to cook food or take food back, they have a kitchen you can use . And it was lovely and clean. You also have a mini fridge in your room. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The best part for me was checking out at 11am we left our room at 20 past. if you were to ask me would I stay again.. yes I would.

I wish it'd been a king size bed instead of a double bed. There were a lot of flashing lights going on when the lights were switched off to sleep, from the TV from gadgets and the Wi-Fi. So if I were to stay again I would definitely take a sleep mask with me. I'm used to that peace and quiet when I sleep so I found it very difficult to sleep with the train close by. So I recommend ear plugs..
