    not value for money, staff behaviour is rude though owners are welcoming
    The owner lady who manages the property gave us call to confirm our late check in, gave allout for moquito , resolved the confustion with breakfast as the staff was not clear, we were given a nice gift upon departure, we were lucky to find a place as it was very last minute that we booked to room through booking.com and it was a busy weekend.
    staff behaviour is rood and gave misinformation, did not cooperate about breakfast. no hand towels in bathroom, only one soap for hand washa and bath, pillows were small , room glass window was not clean, tv was not functional, we were not even sure if that place had a wifi, if yes we were not offered to use wifi, on the day of arrival we had discussed about breakfast to be served by 9am but it took like an hour after 5-6 reminders everytime we were told 10-15 minutes more as the staff came late. not at all value for money as we paid almost 14k for just two nights, had it not been last minute and a busy weekend we definitly would have walked off very same day .

    Staff support was inadequate. Place was clean and strategically located close to Kihim Beach.
    No breakfast or food available. Due to weekend most of the staff was on leave. Has to fend for ourselves.
