    Just comfortable
    It was comfortable and a great location for Ben Nevis. The facilities in the room were nice, ie nice Tea, Coffee and the shortbread was a nice addition. The shower was lovely and clean with nice soap.
    The bed was very hard and the heating wasnt great.

    Lovely base for the night , food was lovely
    Unfortunately we had a storm the morning after so didnt get to sample the cafe or activities but couldnt be helped. No complaints from us on this venue

    Super friendly staff and cozy room with lovely mountain view.
    Very friendly staff at the reception and we also got upgrade for free to a bigger room with mountain view as they were quiet. Had a lovely stay and delicious breakfast in the morning.

    The location is special and remote. The hotel is actually part of the gondola building. Breakfast was cosy and tasty.
    It was fine for what we expected from a family room with 2 bunk beds, but don't go if you want luxury.

    Fantastic, helpful reception staff and location. Massively let down by so many things that would be easy to improve
    Location was fantastic. Reception staff were outstanding and couldnt have been more helpful and friendly.
    No communal facilities or to get food on a nighttime. No drying facilities given its a ski/mountain resort. Overpriced drinks in the bar, no atmosphere in the bar. Huge conference room available which could be used better as a communal area, drying room or kitchen area.
