    In summary my stay was enjoyable i only make comments above to help owner to improve
    Location
    Room s bit small shower very small, cleanliness could be improved but acceptable. Remove wardrobe from room build cupboard in alcove where wardrobe is would create a feeling of more space. Also should be pointed out the parking situation 2 lots if 3 cars parked in parrlel is not ideal with 5 cars in i could not park my transit custom van and you have to leave your keys in case someone wants to leave. Also would benefit from a bigger tv ir move tv cliser to the bed.

    The room was big but cosy, the host was friendly and informative, and for a small place the breakfast options were great!
    The bed was a little noisy purely because it was a metal frame, but it meant it made a noise when rolling over. It's nothing major though!

    A lovey well priced guest house which is very clean and tidy with nice food.
    A lovely traditional guest house along the sea front. Jean who owns and runs it is very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it.
    Very small en suite bathroom which was a little dark.

    Another satisfied customer.
    The Bay felt like a second home - it was superb. The owner made me feel welcome immediately. The breakfast was excellent; a great cooked breakfast plus cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruit. The bedroom was extremely well-appointed and spotlessly clean. I would recommend it to anyone and many of the other guests told me that they were regular visitors and I can quite see why!
    I noticed that the shower rail was loose and held together with sellotape but, as I forgot to bring it to anyone's attention, I can't say whether the problem would have been dealt with or not. It certainly didn't affect my stay.

    Parking would be awkward if used the car a lot, combination of street light and curtains kept the room light at night plus a lot of road noise
